Senior Director, Distribution Center Operations Location: On-Site Are you an experienced Distribution Center, Warehouse, or Supply Chain leader ready to lead a large-scale operation? We are seeking a Senior Director, Distribution Center Operations to drive operational excellence, financial performance, safety, quality, and workforce engagement across a high-volume distribution center.

What You''ll Do Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead all distribution center operations, including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and quality.

Execute long-term operational strategies aligned with business objectives and supply chain performance goals.

Deliver results across safety, service, productivity, quality, and cost metrics.

Financial & Business Management Own operating and capital budgets, driving cost optimization and profitability.

Use data, KPIs, and analytics to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.

Drive process standardization, automation, and large-scale operational improvements.

People & Culture Leadership Lead a large, multi-layered workforce, including unionized employees.

Build high-performing teams focused on safety, accountability, engagement, and development.

Partner with Labor Relations to foster positive union relationships.

Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations, cGMP standards, and internal policies.

Maintain audit readiness and operational integrity across the site.

Qualifications: Required Bachelor''s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations. 7+ years leading large-scale operations and multi-level teams.





Preferred Experience leading unionized distribution center operations.

Expertise in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management.

Robust background in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets.
