Job Title: Oracle ERP Project Manager Location: (Hybrid - 3 days onsite ) in Brampton, ON, Canada Duration: 06-12 Months Job Description: Rogers is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oracle ERP initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite, robust project-management leadership, and the ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive successful implementations.

This role requires hands-on ownership of planning, execution, risk management, vendor coordination, and delivery governance.

Must have: Experience in Telecom domain is a Must have.

Required Skills & Qualifications 10 years of IT project-management experience, with 5 years leading Oracle ERP projects.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite (Finance, SCM, HCM, or cross-module).

Proven experience delivering large, multi-phase ERP implementations.

Expertise in SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.

Strong understanding of data migration, integrations, and testing cycles.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-presentation skills.

Experience working with vendors, SIs,



and offshore/onshore delivery models.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in telecommunications or large enterprise environments.

Familiarity with SOX compliance, security, and audit requirements.

Knowledge of reporting tools, BI, or analytics related to ERP.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle Oracle ERP projects, including planning, scope definition, scheduling, and execution.

Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors.

Oversee configuration, integration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.

Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.

Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

Manage relationships with Oracle, SI partners, and third-party vendors.

Support organizational readiness, training, and adoption activities.
