What Youll Be Doing Sales & Client Solutions: Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Business Development: Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the agencys overall growth.
What Were Looking For Licensing: Property & Casualty (OTL) License preferred; or must obtain within 1 month of job offer.
Financial Requirements: Minimum credit score of 650, no bankruptcy in the past 3 years, and no overdue debts in collections.
Experience: Prior sales experience is an asset.
Skills: Solid communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
Hybrid Work Flexibility: Combination of in-office, and remote work (after one year of experience) Employee Benefits: $175/month starting after 3-month probation.
