In this pivotal role, you will oversee the estimating process, mentor junior staff, and ensure accurate project scopes. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor junior estimators in best practices
• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for projects

Requirements:
• 10–12 years of estimating experience in Water/Wastewater
