• Conduct frequent plant visits to address employee concerns.
• Support recruitment processes for plant hourly roles.
• Administer benefits and payroll inquiries with attention to detail.
• Assist with HRIS audits and employee record management.




• Develop meaningful training sessions to enhance company culture.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management.
• 3-5+ years' HR generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in unionized work environments preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Kronos software.
