Heavy construction equipment dealer in Orange County, California seeking experienced heavy equipment mechanics for service. We are a small family‑owned, non‑union company with a big‑company compensation and benefits package! We have locations throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Service customer equipment in shop or at customer’s job site
- Capable of completing jobs at or under manufacturer’s published flat rate repair times
- Ability to plan work and complete route maintenance services without supervision
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Must be able to work under pressure independently and as a team player

Job Type: Full‑time

Salary: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience maintaining/servicing heavy equipment
- Equipment dealership background ideal
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted
- Welding experience
- Hydraulic & electrical experience
- Mid‑level diagnostic ability
- Ability to do repairs such as welding, R & R of major components such as axles, engines, and transmissions
- Ability to perform repairs on components and attachments such as hammers and shears
- Engine certifications a plus
- Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal
- Possess a clean and valid Class B driver’s license, recent K4 printout required
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to multi‑task
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical
