We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our current Chilliwack store. This role acts as a bridge between Department Managers and Assistant Store Manager, supporting store-wide leadership. You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high standards, and tackle customer concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and Members
• Oversee sales floor operations across all departments
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
• Monitor execution of promotions and merchandising standards
• Support onboarding and training for new employees
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of management experience in retail
• At least 1 year as a Department Manager preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent operational execution and merchandising skills
• Flexible scheduling availability for various shifts
