This position, reporting to the Health Care Administrator, focuses on improving qualified nursing practice through evidence-based strategies. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and ensure adherence to Acute and Long Term Care policies while advocating for high-quality service delivery. Your expertise will support quality improvement initiatives within the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on nursing practices related to policies and programs
• Provide on-site support to nursing teams
• Collaborate on patient-centered care improvements
• Identify evidence-based best practices for risk management
• Assist with education and quality improvement in nursing services
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in acute and long-term care
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices and standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Deliver impactful patient care as a resource and advisor in a collaborative environment.
