As a Prep Cook, You Will
- Completedaily preparation of food
- Ensurefood is prepped with high quality and in a timely fashion
- Maintainthe kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Organizework areas as well as storage areas
- Maintaina high standard of safety and sanitation
- Communicatewith kitchen staff
- Followinstructions as directed by the kitchen manager
- Assistin all areas of the kitchen as required
- Complywith nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Followall operations policies and procedures
- Workalongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
Who You Are
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Love for building strong relations with team members
- Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Must possess a desire for personal and professional development
- Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast‑paced environment
- A desire to have fun a work, when you have fun our guests do too
What You Bring
- Cooking or prep experience is an asset
- A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
- Food Handling Certification required
