The Senior Client Insights Analyst plays a vital role in the firm’s Pricing & Client Insights team, focusing on client portfolio and legal matter analytics and reporting. This includes developing dashboards and data visualizations for stakeholders across the firm. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Insights, this role is part of the broader Client Insights & Client Matter Intake function and can be based in any Canadian office.You Will Be Focusing OnCollect, consolidate, and analyze client/matter data to prepare reports and presentationsConduct periodic and ad hoc client portfolio and matter performance analysesCollaborate with Pricing, Finance, Business Planning & Analysis, and Pursuits teams to provide accurate and timely reportingSupport the development of best practices for client insightsAssist in assessing client insights processes and identifying improvements to enhance satisfaction and profitabilityResearch and manipulate client insights data to assess key metrics and trendsEnsure accuracy across various data sourcesContribute to process improvement initiatives, including tool implementation and report developmentPrepare and distribute monthly client insights reports for stakeholdersPrioritize tasks and resolve issues efficientlyEngage with external clients when neededSupport price benchmarking initiativesAssist with special projects as requiredWhat You Bring To The RoleBachelor's degree or diploma in a quantitative field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Data Science)3 to 5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and data management skillsFamiliarity with change management and process improvementClient service-oriented mindsetAbility to build relationships internally and externallyHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environmentEffective research and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently using sound judgmentResults-driven with the ability to meet tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Excel, SAP, and/or Business ObjectsKnowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau and Power BI)Bilingual in French and English is an assetWhy Join Our TeamHybrid work environmentRetirement savings plan with employer contributionBenefit premiums paid by the firmTelemedicine servicesWellness matters: Flexible health and wellness allowance that covers much more than gym memberships!Training and development programs based on your interests and needsLes échelles salariales indiquées reflètent la plage typique pour ce poste dans la région indiquée.
