We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect & Enablement Lead to provide strategic leadership for the design, optimization, and adoption of the SuccessFactors platform. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring the solution architecture aligns with organizational objectives while driving user adoption, process excellence, and long-term platform sustainability.

The ideal candidate combines deep functional and technical SuccessFactors expertise with solid stakeholder engagement, change management, and enablement experience. They will guide architectural decisions, lead solution design workshops, establish best practices, and support the successful rollout and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors modules across the organization.

Skills and Requirements

- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in solution architecture, advisory, or transformation leadership roles.
- Deep expertise across SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS), Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and Succession & Development.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide implementations, transformations, or optimization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, business process design, change management, and user enablement.
- Experience with integrations utilizing SAP CPI/BTP, APIs, OData, and third-party HR ecosystems.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant or Architect.
- Experience supporting large, complex organizations within mining, energy, manufacturing, or enterprise environments.
- Proven track record driving both technical solution delivery and business adoption outcomes.
- Experience establishing governance models and SuccessFactors Centers of Excellence (CoE).
