**Job Description:**
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
3+ years in a Technical Lead or Solution Lead role.

Strong expertise in: Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Flow
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce Security Model
Salesforce APIs and Integrations
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.

Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
