Manager, AML Finance

Reporting to the Senior Manager, AML Finance,this position will support and assist with financial planning, reporting,and analysis of operating expenses for areas within AML.
The role will support Business as Usual (BAU) operations by ensuring business strategies, plans,and initiatives are executedanddelivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies,and procedures.
In addition, the role supports consolidated AML and Compliance financial reporting activities, working closely with colleagues in Compliance Finance to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial information.
**Is this role right for you? In this role you will:**
Ensurethetimely completion of financial performance reports and commentary on trends and variances for multiple audiences, including FP&A; Finance, AML stakeholders, and business lines.
Responsible formaintainingandenhancingforecasting models, reasonability analysis files,GL details,and decks for monthlyandquarterly management financial reportsforAML, Finance teams, and business linestakeholders.
Completejournal entries and accruals as needed insourcesystemsand EGL.
Responsible for loading forecast and plan updatesintoapplicable systems, including
Tier 4and
Anaplan.
Review and understand business line allocations for AML transits in the Global Intra Group Services Tool (GIST).
Drive continuous improvement in processes andinthe quality of information related to planning, forecasting, reporting, andallocationactivities.
Assist the Senior Manager, AML Finance,withvarious reporting andanalysis activitiesrelated to AML.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.
Partner with AML stakeholders to provide timely support, transparency, and insights to support effective decision-making and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide expense allocation transparency to Business
Line CFOs,with detailed information as required.
Communicate information to all necessary internal and external stakeholders, explainingfinancialtransactions and resolving related issues.

Facilitatea customer-focused culture withastrong performance orientation and open communication.
**Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:**
University degree withamajor in Business, Finance,or Accounting;CPA,CFA,or MBAdesignation isan asset.
3–5 yearsofexperienceinan Accounting or FP&A; environment.
Experience with Hyperion (Tier 4), Anaplan,and
Power BIispreferred.
Strong Excel and Power
Point skills, includingtheability to createandmanage large financial modelsandpivot tables.
Experience in developing/compiling management reports.
Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders,including members of management teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, witha focus oncontinually seeking opportunities forimprovement.
Solid planning andcoordinationskills, with the abilityto simultaneously support multiple projects and complete deliverables on time.
Strong interpersonalandcommunicationskills, bothverbal and written,includingtheability to clearly convey information to non-finance professionals.
