Responsibilities

- Manage and run translation projects fully from end-to-end, ensuring quality, cost and delivery.
- Prepare files for external translation and track against set dates.
- Communicate with translation vendors and internal teams across multiple global locations.
- Work with other project managers to ensure the translation process runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Drive process optimization changes.
- Run internal tools and scripts required by the translation process.
- Assist with managing and monitoring the translation system.
- Investigate and troubleshoot problems.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines and quickly understand processes and business requirements.
- Support process optimization initiatives by leveraging AI tools and best practices.
- Foreign language skills an asset.
- Knowledge of Translation Memory, Machine Learning and Neural Machine Translation is an asset.

Education

Candidate must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master’s degree program applicable to the position. Recent graduates will also be considered.

Eligibility

Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated (start date within 6 months of graduation) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

Salary and Compensation

Targeted hourly base salary range: 18‑30 CAD. The actual amount offered will be within this range, based on education, skills, experience, scope of role, location, and selection process.
