About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Philanthropy to lead its fundraising efforts during a period of significant growth and external engagement. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a solid background in sophisticated fundraising strategies, high-value donor relationship management, and long-term philanthropic growth. This role is pivotal in advancing the organization's philanthropic priorities and vision, with a focus on major gifts, annual giving, corporate partnerships, sponsorship, events, foundations, planned giving, and future campaign initiatives. The VP will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of fundraising strategies,



particularly in the areas of sustained donor relationships and multi-year commitments, and will work closely with the executive team to align fundraising efforts with the organization's evolving needs and growth plans.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Philanthropy include serving as a central figure in the executive leadership team, strengthening the Foundation's visibility and presence, and acting as a key external ambassador. The ideal candidate will be highly relationship-oriented, people-centered, and possess the presence, confidence, and professionalism required to represent the organization credibly. Bilingual communication skills are a strong asset. The role demands a leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, and who is adept at fostering meaningful connections with a wide range of stakeholders. Internally, the VP will provide leadership to the philanthropy team, ensuring operational effectiveness and a high standard of donor experience and engagement.
