Position: (Part-time) Supervisor – Shoe Co.

The Supervisor will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Key responsibilities include coaching and guiding staff to achieve store objectives, managing in‑store sales and web orders, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Job Accountabilities

- Assume a leadership role to maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
- Facilitate business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
- Coach and provide feedback to achieve segment success as directed by Store Management.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
- Open and close the store proficiently.
