Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end Incident Management lifecycle • Provide expert judgment on incident classification • Lead high-severity and complex incident investigations • Coach stakeholders in root cause analysis techniques • Shape agendas for the Incident Management Network
Requirements: • 8+ years in Health and Safety within oil and gas • 5+ years of incident investigation experience • Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety • CRSP accreditation preferred • Valid Class 5 driver's license and positive record
