As a vital part of Air Canada, the Fleet Management Controller reports to the Duty Manager. This role demands a detail-oriented approach to manage the technical regulation of aircraft in line with industry standards. You'll guide maintenance organizations and flight crews, all while maintaining effective communication across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct maintenance to ensure compliance with Air Canada's manual
• Manage technical standards for all aircraft regulations
• Coordinate day-of-flight maintenance activities at stations
• Serve as the primary contact for online maintenance matters
• Communicate operational restrictions to relevant teams
Requirements:
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license (M2 or E)
• Knowledge of regulatory programs and agencies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities
• Computer proficiency in relevant software
