As a Research Associate at 3DBioFibR, you will support biomaterials research, optimization, and validation while collaborating with scientists and engineers. You'll execute laboratory experiments, analyze data, and ensure accurate documentation for innovative products. This role emphasizes teamwork and contributes to the manufacturing readiness of high-performance biofibers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute laboratory experiments following approved protocols
• Prepare and characterize biomaterials for research applications
• Optimize and scale-up manufacturing processes




• Perform mechanical testing and data analysis
• Maintain laboratory safety and organization
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of laboratory experience in any setting
• Experience in executing and documenting laboratory experiments
• Knowledge of biomaterials, tissue engineering, or biotechnology preferred
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO standards) is a plus
