Role Description: The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable insurance qualified with strong technical expertise and a passion for developing people. They will play a key role in supporting broker success by collaborating across departments, providing technical guidance and contributing to strategic decision-making.

The Broker Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching and developing insurance brokers across Solutions Insurance Group. This leadership role focuses on technical training, professional development, sales effectiveness, underwriting best practices, market knowledge and continuous learning to build a highly skilled, high-performing and client-focused brokerage team. Working closely with Operations, Underwriting, Compliance and Branch Leadership, the successful candidate will help strengthen broker performance,



improve submission quality and support the continued growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of insurer and MGA underwriting guidelines and market appetite
- Minimum 5 years of insurance brokerage experience in Personal & Commercial Lines
- Experience with broker management systems, insurer portals and rating platforms
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
