As a frontline fundraiser, you will oversee a portfolio of major donors responsible for gifts of $25,000 and above. Reporting to the Director, Philanthropy, your responsibilities include achieving ambitious revenue targets while fostering relationships that deepen engagement. You will be central to expanding the pool of supporters who contribute to the orchestra’s sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and secure five- and six-figure donations
• Maintain accountability for annual fundraising goals
• Execute personalized donor engagement strategies
• Collaborate across departments to identify funding opportunities
• Create compelling donor communication materials
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of progressive fundraising experience
• Expertise in closing major gifts and donor qualification
• Knowledge of fundraising databases, Tessitura preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ethical fundraising standards
