Become a vital part of the MUII Wind Farm team as a Wind Turbine Technician. You will enhance safety and efficiency through preventative maintenance and repair of wind turbine generators, including rotating shifts.
This role supports 24/7 wind farm operations and requires effective communication and safety analyses expertise. Technicians will conduct root cause analyses to address equipment failures while maintaining accurate documentation. Your role is essential for the smooth operation of renewable energy resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain wind turbine generators
• Support 24/7 operations with rotating shifts
• Conduct safety analyses of electrical and mechanical hazards
• Perform preventative maintenance safely and efficiently
• Organize work, meet deadlines, and prepare reports
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 0-1 year of wind experience preferred
• Ability to work with medium/high-voltage equipment
• Climb heights of 100 meters (300+ feet)
• Must pass a pre-employment physical
