In this newly created role, you will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and compliance for our Community Food Centre. With 22.5 hours a week, you will manage building systems, coordinate third-party services, and monitor safety standards. Ideal candidates are passionate about community work and have a solid background in facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage building operations and maintenance oversight
• Perform minor repairs and monitor service contracts
• Ensure compliance with municipal and provincial safety regulations




• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Support documentation and budgeting for facility operations
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
