Join the City of Martensville as a Temporary Full time Recreation Program Coordinator II. Lead community programs, events, and facility rentals while ensuring quality customer service and participant engagement.
This position reports directly to the Manager of Recreation and Facilities. You will coordinate the planning, delivery, and evaluation of community recreation initiatives. Candidates must have significant experience in program coordination and a strong focus on customer service, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement community recreation programs and events
• Supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure quality
• Promote activities through social media and other channels




• Manage registration using recreation-based scheduling software
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Recreation or related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in program coordination
• Experience supervising staff in customer-focused settings
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
