You’ll actively support engineering efforts, ensuring compliance with international regulations and specifications while also liaising closely with vendors to verify standards. Your expertise will help facilitate the ship's successful acceptance and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review engineering drawings for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure automated systems function as intended
• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests as necessary
• Support maintenance of weight records
• Engage with vendors on technical specifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Five years of marine electrical engineering experience
• Knowledge of classification society regulations
• Shipyard experience considered advantageous
• Bilingual in French and English essential
