Anthem is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance tenant experiences. Your responsibilities will involve fostering positive stakeholder relationships, managing property performance, and coordinating maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations for commercial properties
• Enhance tenant services and building performance
• Contract and oversee third-party service providers




• Conduct property inspections for curb appeal
• Prepare and execute budgets and financial reports
Requirements:
• 2+ years in real estate management
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; Yardi preferred
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
