Fun is always in SEAson join our crew and get away, every day! Jump on Ship! The Opportunity: At Oak Island Resort & Conference Centre, we have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the ongoing maintenance needs of the property.

If you have a keen eye for detail, have the ability to spot problems and rectify them quickly so that no negative impact is made on guests, we want you! What You Will Do: Supervise a team of general maintenance technicians to ensure timely service and repairs for guest units and hotel assets.

Oversee engineering maintenance teams, ensuring prompt response to service requests, planned, and preventive maintenance.

Coordinate daily assignments under the General Managers direction.

Manage and monitor building upkeep, including minor repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical, pool equipment).

Foster collaboration across departments and maintain strong communication.

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Handle staff scheduling and maintain team morale.





Conduct regular inspections to assess building and equipment conditions and track work progress.
