The role :
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you primarily support hiring for our distribution center to meet weekly targets. You ensure an exceptional candidate experience within the Talent and Culture team during this mandate of 6 -8 weeks.
What you'll do :
- Manage the full -cycle mass hiring process for the distribution center to meet weekly and monthly goals.
- Conduct phone screenings, in -person interviews, and maintain rigorous candidate follow -ups.
- Organize and execute recruitment events directly at our distribution center.
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for recent hires.
- Update recruitment files and ensure administrative follow -up for all hires.
- Perform credit and criminal background checks for selected candidates.
Who you are :
- DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent training.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets) and knowledge of labor standards.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of autonomy.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, openness, and a proactive approach.
- Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
