The Human Resources Business Partner(HRBP) provides expert support across a broad range of HR disciplines, including employee and labour relations, policy administration, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and compensation compliance. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the HRBP acts as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees, delivering consultative HR services and peopleâfocused solutions aligned with business objectives.

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact, providing guidance and resolution support in areas such as talent management, employee and labour relations, performance management, and workplace issues
- Research, assess, and address employee relations matters, providing sound recommendations and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures
- Ensure all HR programs, policies, and practices comply with applicable employment and labour legislation
- Partner with business leaders to understand shortâ and longâterm operational needs and provide strategic HR guidance to support business goals
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and staffing projections
- Manage the annual performance management & development cycle
- Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts
- Actively participate in annual compensation planning and salary review cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive planning
- Ensure compensation decisions align with internal equity, market competitiveness, legal requirements, and budget guidelines
- Analyze compensation data and trends, providing insights and recommendations
- Perform role profiling and job analysis in support of job architecture and compensation framework design
- Support the development and maintenance of compensation philosophy, structures, and salary ranges
- Maintain governance and documentation compliance
- Assist with bonus and incentive planning processes, including goal alignment and payout communication
- Partner with leaders to support talent acquisition initiatives
- Build and support programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, culture, and overall wellâbeing
- Participate in HR initiatives and special projects that promote corporate values and organizational effectiveness
- Partner with the HR Manager on special projects and initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management required
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or advisory role
- CHRL Qualified Designation an asset
- Demonstrated experience supporting compensation planning & frameworks, salary reviews, and incentive programs
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and total rewards principles
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present recommendations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and relationshipâbuilding skills
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
- Demonstrated experience providing practical solutions to HR issues related to policies, regulations, and legislation
- Knowledge of change management principles.
- Possess strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
