In your new role, you will direct daily Housekeeping operations, playing an integral part of the Senior Management Team. Emphasizing exceptional guest service and operational efficiency, you'll implement strategies that enhance team culture and compliance with high standards. Your leadership will guide the team towards exceeding guests’ expectations, while maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Forbes and AAA cleanliness standards
• Manage staff training and promote a positive workplace atmosphere




• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety regulations are met
• Supervise daily housekeeping tasks and activities
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, and inventory management
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience
• Proven guest service experience and communication skills
• Solid understanding of financial processes and management
• Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
• WHMIS certification preferred
