Role & Investment Structure

This is a unique, high-impact opportunity for an Investor Partner / Owner to take full or partial equity stake in an established, reputable business located on-site in Vaughan, Ontario.

- Important Acquisition Note: This chance is structured specifically for an owner or investor looking to acquire physical assets. We are open to two buyout/investment structures, but both require the acquisition of our premium inventory: Asset Purchase: Buying the physical inventory only.
- Full Turn-Key Purchase: Buying both the legacy brand/operations and the current inventory.
- Please note: We are not offering the brand, digital assets, or intellectual property for sale independently without the inventory.

This role blends hands-on operational leadership with high-level executive decision-making. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, financial performance, maintaining our global artisan relationships, managing inventory, and leading a dedicated showroom team.

- Key Responsibilities Strategic & Financial Leadership: Oversee budgeting, profit/loss (P&L;) management, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Operations & Merchandising: Manage day-to-day showroom operations,



strict inventory control, and premium visual merchandising.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and cultivate long-standing relationships with global artisans, suppliers, and local B2B partners (e.g., interior designers, builders).
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate sales and operations staff to maintain our high standards of customer service.
- Growth & Marketing: Develop and execute modern marketing initiatives (digital, local, and event-based) to drive showroom traffic and liquidate or rotate inventory efficiently.
- Qualifications Capital & Investment Capability: Must have the financial capacity to purchase high-value retail inventory (either as a standalone asset purchase or part of a full business acquisition).
- Proven Ownership Experience: Previous experience as a small business owner, significant investor, or senior executive in retail/commercial management.
- Financial Acumen: Strong business management skills, including deep familiarity with budgeting, financial oversight, and P&L; management.
- Retail Operations Expertise: Proven track record in retail operations, inventory management, and premium merchandising.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong interest in or knowledge of area rugs, carpets, home décor, textiles, luxury furniture, or handcrafted products is highly preferred.
- Commitment: Ability to work full time on-site in Vaughan, ON, with the mindset of an owner dedicated to maximizing the value of the physical assets and brand.
