About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to join their dynamic and rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the finance function, overseeing financial reporting, operational finance, FP&A;, controls, and process optimization. This role demands a strategic and operationally involved financial executive with a proven track record in leading financial transformation and process optimization initiatives. The Vice President, Finance will be responsible for driving change across the finance function, with a focus on automation, process optimization, and operational scalability. They will also act as a trusted business partner to the CFO and the executive team, contributing to decision-making,



and will be actively involved in governance processes.

Applicants for the Vice President, Finance position at the company should have a CPA designation and a minimum of 10-15 years' of progressive financial leadership experience in complex, operationally intensive organizations. The role requires a candidate with solid expertise in financial reporting, operational finance, FP&A;, and a proven ability to lead financial transformation and process optimization initiatives. Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, and a background in supporting growth through acquisitions and organizational evolution, are essential.
