The Lead, AI & Automation Process will manage projects independently while effectively navigating ambiguity and driving results. This position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills. You will facilitate workshops, assess new requests for automation, and ensure smooth project execution throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of AI and Automation initiatives from start to finish
• Collaborate on the ERP transformation workstream with teams
• Own project scope, schedules, and stakeholder communications




• Guide intake of new requests based on business value
• Ensure detailed test planning and user acceptance testing
Requirements:
• 5-8 years in business analysis or project delivery
• Proven experience in AI or automation initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
