Location: 400 Sandwich St, South Amherstburg, Ontario N9V 3L4

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of associates to drive profitable sales and oversee all operational activities within the store, including merchandising, front‑end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling, and inventory management. Your goal is to create an environment where individuals feel valued and want to contribute to the store’s success.

Responsibilities

- Lead the store team and manage day‑to‑day operations.
- Coordinate merchandising and front‑end operations to maximize sales.
- Handle recruiting, training, and development of associates.
- Schedule staff and manage inventory to meet store goals.
- Maintain a safe and customer‑friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications





- Friendly and helpful team player with a safety focused mindset.
- Solid communication skills and excellent time‑and‑productivity management.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Completion of secondary school.
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail.
