As a member of the HEART team, your responsibility is to guide clients through the complexities of housing assistance and integration into supportive systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Connect individuals with relevant housing resources
• Work collaboratively with shelters and community services
• Assist in managing encampments and homelessness responses




• Provide de-escalation and crisis intervention
• Advocate for clients to improve their quality of life
Requirements:
• High school education with further training in relevant areas
• Solid background in working with those in poverty or facing homelessness
• Proficiency in community engagement and support techniques
• Ability to navigate government and community housing resources
• Class 5 BC driver’s license required for travel
