As a Crew Leader, you will take charge of a team responsible for various arboricultural tasks across multiple job sites. This role expects you to be a mentor, sharing your expertise and helping new team members develop their skills in tree care. You'll also be the face of the company for clients, enhancing their experience through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely lead arboricultural care for clients
• Plan, direct, and execute crew tasks and use of equipment
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools and machines
• Execute safe tree removals and pruning services
• Provide high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
• 2 years experience in Arboriculture
• ISA certification or related field enrollment
• Full valid driver’s license for 5-ton vehicles
• Solid identification skills for trees and shrubs
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
