Home Health Care Worker for BATES FAMILY

Location: Collingwood, ON | Salary: $22.60 per hour | Start date: As soon as possible | Employment type: Full-Time (30 to 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Care for an elderly man with disabilities; administer bedside and personal care.
- Assist client with bathing and personal hygiene.
- Assist with regular exercise, e.g., walking.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Provide companionship and personal care.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Requirements

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Languages: English.
- Experience: Previous caregiving experience is an asset.
- Security and safety: Criminal record check.
- Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Personal suitability: Punctual, client-focused, adaptable, initiator, organized, team player, patient, honest.
