North Prairie Developments is seeking a Property Maintenance Person to support various aspects of property management, including move-ins, move-outs, maintenance, and service requests. This role requires a motivated, organized, and professional individual who values quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior building and suite maintenance to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment
Complete grounds maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections of buildings and equipment
Repair basic plumbing, heating, and electrical issues
Perform general repairs to appliances, doors, closets, window coverings, faucets, toilets, windows, fixtures, flooring, and lighting




Complete drywall repairs, painting, and suite turnover maintenance
Carry out housekeeping and custodial duties in common areas and vacant suites
Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and inspections
Follow OH&S; regulations and protected work practices
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude
Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and clean driver abstract
Commitment to excellent customer service
Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting
Availability for on-call and weekend work as required
Own basic handyman tools
Physically capable of lifting 25-50lbs and performing duties that require prolonged standing and walking
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Clear Criminal Record Check
