About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Deputy Fund Manager to play a pivotal role in the strategic portfolio management, investment and transaction execution, and investor relations/governance for its flagship real estate core fund. The successful candidate will work closely with the Fund Manager and research teams to evaluate market risks and opportunities, develop and execute long-term business plans, and monitor portfolio performance. This role requires a senior real estate investment professional with a strong background in financial and property performance, cash-flow analysis, and a deep understanding of real estate investment metrics.



The Vice President, Deputy Fund Manager will also be responsible for overseeing due diligence, financial modeling, and underwriting of potential property acquisitions and divestments, as well as supporting the investor relations and sales teams in client interactions.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with an MBA or relevant Master’s degree being ideal. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in the real estate community, solid industry relationships, and the ability to develop meaningful connections with institutional investors and market participants. An entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional presentation skills, and a team-oriented, cooperative approach are essential. The candidate should be well-respected in the investment management industry, with the capacity to work across functional groups and build consensus.
