Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular maintenance team meetings for scheduling
• Plan work orders with clear instructions and available resources




• Develop proactive measures to increase equipment reliability
• Prepare work plans for major equipment shutdowns
• Maintain technical library of documents and blueprints
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2-4 years of maintenance planning experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in CMMS software and Microsoft Office
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools
