At Loblaw, we are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician or Truck and Trailer Mechanic for our newly opened shop. This full time role involves performing both onsite and offsite repairs, conducting safety inspections, and collaborating in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Your expertise will be valued as you maintain vital equipment used in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct onsite and offsite repairs on various equipment
• Inspect and diagnose issues promptly for immediate repairs
• Sign off on annual safety inspections and maintain compliance




• Document repairs using maintenance software
• Participate in training sessions and keep skills updated
Requirements:
• Licensed Heavy Equipment Technician or Truck and Trailer Mechanic
• Registered with Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training
• Experience with tractors and trailers, mobile experience an asset
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
