Job Description Provide comprehensive end‑user support across multiple Ontario locations, including on‑site visits as needed. Support users across Windows 11, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms in a Microsoft 365 environment. Monitor the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service‑level agreements (SLAs). Maintain and support both on‑premise and cloud‑based infrastructure, including Azure, Intune, and other Microsoft services. Deploy, image, and configure desktops, laptops, and servers in accordance with client requirements. Deliver desktop support services including hardware repairs, peripheral setup, and software installations. Maintain network equipment across 40+ sites in Ontario. Use remote diagnostic tools and internal/external knowledge bases to resolve technical incidents efficiently. Coordinate with third‑party vendors for issue resolution beyond internal support capacity. Contribute to internal IT knowledge and support onboarding and training initiatives. Identify opportunities to enhance IT support services and recommend process improvements. Promote cybersecurity best practices and provide basic user guidance as needed.



Qualifications Minimum 3 years in an IT support role, ideally within both office and industrial environments. Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network fundamentals (e.G., TCP/IP, VPN). System administration experience with Hybrid Azure / Active Directory, Intune, and MDM. Experience maintaining Cisco switches, Fortinet switches and firewalls. SolarWinds experience is an asset.
