This consulting role is an integral part of North East Behavioural Supports Ontario's commitment to quality care. The Psychogeriatric Resource Consultant will collaborate across long-term care homes and acute settings to deliver clinical insights and training. Emphasis will be on system capacity enhancement and hands-on consultation.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead specialized clinical consultations across various healthcare sectors • Utilize BSO’s knowledge-to-practice framework effectively • Provide coaching and mentorship to healthcare teams • Support quality improvement initiatives in geriatric care • Represent BSO in qualified forums and collaborations

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in health care; Master's preferred • Relevant Geriatric Mental Health Certifications an asset • Proven clinical expertise in mental health and dementia • Flexibility to meet diverse health care demands • Valid driver’s license and bilingual in English/French
