As part of the AgeCare team, you'll report to the Director of Care and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and conduct assessments. This position focuses on high-quality, ethical care, emphasizing communication and collaboration to meet the needs of residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate assessments and manage care documentation
• Develop and adjust care plans with team input




• Administer treatments and medications safely
• Facilitate resident transitions and educate families
• Oversee responses to medical emergencies and team direction
Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration in Alberta
• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification mandatory
• Skilled in electronic documentation systems
• Willing to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
