SOCAN is hiring a full-time Operations & Strategic Initiatives Lead to support its COO. The primary goal is to drive alignment and accountability in SOCAN’s Spanish Point Business Stabilization Plan and other COO-led projects. Your role will involve exceptional organizational skills and effective communication with senior leaders, keeping them aligned on priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support COO in developing clear workplans and timelines
• Coordinate multiple operational and technology workstreams
• Maintain project visibility into risks and decisions




• Design and facilitate purposeful working sessions
• Prepare comprehensive updates for the COO
Requirements:
• 7+ years in project management or business operations
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives
• Strong background in strategic initiatives and transformation
• Skilled in executive communication and stakeholder influence
• Project management certification is a plus
