Key Responsibilities: • Represent clients in trials and court applications • Provide legal counsel on specific statutory obligations • Draft and review legal documents thoroughly • Collaborate with clients to assess legal risks • Facilitate travel for court representation across Alberta

Requirements: • Active membership in the Law Society of Alberta • 0-4 years for Counsel 1, 4 years for Counsel 2, 11+ years for Counsel 3 • Expertise in family law and child protection issues • Experience in trial advocacy and relationship building
