This hands‑on role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and keeping plant operations running safely and efficiently. Candidates will assist with plant maintenance, general labor, and housekeeping while contributing to the construction of roads and infrastructure across Texas.

What You’ll Need
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Related experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
- Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
- Commitment to safety and OSHA/MSHA compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
