Key Responsibilities:
• Manage claims litigation from start to finish
• Provide legal opinions and research as needed
• Support team development through mentorship
• Assess needs for expert involvement in cases
• Engage in court appearances and case conferences
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in litigation or personal injury law
• Law degree (LLB, JD or equivalent)
• Licensed to practice in Ontario
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Proven negotiation capabilities
