About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Research and Development (R&D;) to spearhead the creation of creative medical diagnostic technologies and patient-focused digital solutions. The ideal candidate for the Head of R&D; position at the company will have a Master’s or PhD in epidemiology, laboratory medicine, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in scientific, medical, or business leadership within a research-based laboratory, pharmaceutical, or academic setting. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in delivering innovation and building and leading an effective internal R&D; organization. Scientific and leadership capabilities, as well as a broad healthcare expertise, are critical for success in this position. The Head of R&D; should be curious, determined, and values-driven, with a focus on improving health outcomes and contributing to the advancement of patient-centric medicine.
