• Lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to health safety
• Manage plans for disability claims and early interventions

• Provide support on labour relations in health matters
• Assist in budgeting for wellness and safety initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• CRSP or CDMP certification needed
• Minimum five years in municipal health safety roles
• Supervisory experience in a unionized setting
• Expertise in applicable health legislature and HRIS
